Player Guest Behavior on Game Day

In an effort to promote a positive and respectful game experience for all family members, we want to remind everyone that we are a “family unit”. As a “family unit”, it is imperative that parents, family members, and other player guests bring an atmosphere of encouragement and positivity at all times, especially on game day. We are all in this together as a cohesive group. Please refrain from negative comments directed at players and coaches. Thank you for your continued support.

Tickets – General Information

  • All football players are not guaranteed tickets to all home and away games.
  • Ticket allocation is at the discretion of the coaches. Several factors go into the decision each week as to who will get tickets and how many they will receive. (Factors include student-athlete academic standing, physical health, performance during practice, attitude, etc.) On average, players in good standing will receive (4) tickets.
  • Tickets are allocated the Monday of game week.
  • Football players can reassign their tickets to another player each week if they are not using them.
    • Teamworks App – You or your son can add assign guests to your son’s ticket allocation. Use your son’s login information for this app. To add guests, all you need is the legal name on their valid photo ID (ie: driver’s license) and their phone number.
  • Deadline to assign tickets = WEDNESDAY at 11:59 AM of game week. NO TICKET CHANGES AFTER THIS DEADLINE – NO EXCEPTIONS
  • Ticket window for home games will open at 2 hours before kick-off at Gate 5.
  • Each guest MUST have a valid photo ID to claim their ticket.
  • You must enter the stadium at the time you claim your ticket.
  • Cannot rectify ticket issues at gate.

White Wristband for Player Guests

Each player guest receives a white wristband at the time they claim their ticket at Gate 5 for home games. When the game is over, only attendees with this wristband will be permitted to walk onto the field and proceed to the player tunnel where they can reunite with the players.

Two Options:

  • Wait 20-30 minutes to access the field – You have to wait until the marching band is done performing and exits the field. Usher controls the access to the field.
  • OR, Exit the stadium through the normal gates and walk around to Gate 32. Your wristband will allow you to enter the private area for player guests.
