As a non-profit organization, FPAOS does not receive any special pricing for hotels, restaurants, etc. However, for those of you that are not familiar with Columbus, we suggest you visit Experience Columbus‘ website to plan your visit. You can search by your travel dates and areas of interest. Listed below are a few popular areas for hotels. While the list below is not inclusive, we hope it is a helpful tool when selecting a hotel.

Columbus Hotels

Olentangy River Road Area: If you want to stay near campus, look at hotels on this road. Besides a lot of hotels to choose from, there are lots of restaurants (sit down & fast food), grocery stores, gas stations, Target, OSU bookstores, and so much more.

Grandview/Upper Arlington Area: This is also close to campus, but has more of a neighborhood feel to the area. This area has grocery stores, restaurants (sit down & fast food), parks, shopping, and gas stations.

Downtown Columbus/Short North Area: If you want to enjoy the night life, visit art galleries, eat at upscale restaurants or shop at boutiques, you need to stay here. This area is only a 15-minute drive to campus.

Easton Town Center Area: This area is on the east side of Columbus, near the airport. Easton Town Center is a remarkable shopping area.
